What happened with Mark?

It is also necessary to mention peculiarity of movement in the matrix, the manner, in which movement of people from every previous level to the following level is performed.

The main rule: you can begin raising up, even if you have not managed to invite anybody. Let us suppose that you entered the matrix today and the lower row has already been filled to the evening, but you have not succeeded to invite anybody. This is not so tragic, even in this case you will be moved on the level up.

The company allows customers to raise up to the third level (2 positions), even if a customer have not yet invited anybody. However, for that, in order to pass to the 4th level (1 position), the same, where you receive commission, you need receiving the Partner (Business Partner) status, namely, fulfilling minimum requirement: personally invite two new customers in the company. Otherwise, you will be on the 3rd level and will not be able to go to the 4th level until you have fulfilled this condition.

Who will go to the 4th level in this case? The Partner (Business Partner) will go there, who is closer to you at the moment of division of matrixes and who has managed to invite two customers. This person will pass over (or, in other words, will jump over) you and will go directly to the 4th level. However, you will need waiting the next division.

This can be well demonstrated taking Ivan, as example.
Friday, evening, presentation of Evoler&CO, S.A. company. Ivan, having heard the presentation, decided to acquire “Place on the company’s server” by Classic tariff plan. He has concluded contract and made payment via his bank account. Thus, he has acquired hosting and become customer of the Evoler company. It so happened that Ivan occupied the sixth place in succession on the first level of the matrix .
(In this matrix, those customers are marked with green circles, who have fulfilled the third condition of the company – they have invited two people and become Partner or Business Partner of the company.)

Next morning, Ivan invited two girl friends as well as his sponsor for the meeting in cafe. His sponsor told girls about the company and the product offered by the company. Girls have liked the offer, they have made decision, concluded contracts for the Classic tariff plan and made payment for this service.

Thus, girl friends have become customers of the company too, but Ivan, in turn, has fulfilled the third condition: invited two new customers to the company.

Who has raised up on the fourth level of the matrix?

If any essential changes have not happened for the left half of the matrix (here, the same as was awaited, Slava has raised on the fourth level), then Natalie has not raised on the fourth level in the right half, but Ivan has raised on, because he was alone, who has fulfilled the third condition of the company: invite two customers. Natalie, in turned, has remained on the 3rd level.

If you were Natalie, you would urgently need fulfilling the third condition of the company: personally invite two customers to the company, and then, at next division of the matrix, you could raise up the 4th level and receive remuneration that is due to you.

This rule was introduced for observation equal conditions and possibilities of all partners, as well as for the purpose of dynamic expanding of the company.

The simple rule follows thence: who works, shall eat.

Business Partner Programm

Business Partner Program is a hybrid of matrix, step (the same as linear) and binary marketing. This program is as it were inside the Partner Program. That means that all customers, who have acquired Hosting by Business tariff plan, when they were inside the matrix of marketing and received remunerations from it, also receive a number of remunerations and bonuses by special Business model of marketing, and at the same time on much more advantageous conditions.

Let us consider in more detail, how this operates.

Three bonus programs are provided for in this program:

- Active bonus
- General bonus program
- Structural bonus program

However, before detailed consideration of each of these three bonus programs, let us begin with clearing up, from where the flows of funds come and how they are allocated in this Program.

Active bonus.
- Bonuses from sales of all your structures, irrespective of the depth!
- 5 EUR from every sale in the structure below your level goes to account of the “Active bonus” program.

For participation in “Active bonus” program, you need to have the Business Partner status, i.e. to have under you at least 2 persons personally invited by you. For receiving this bonus, you need to have just 2 people, not 2 additional places.

At the end of every month:
- There is made calculation of money that has come in the “Active bonus” program.

- There is calculated, how many sales every qualified Business Partner has. At calculation, point system is used 1 point = 8 sales.

- Cost of 1 point is calculated by division of a total amount of money that came in the fund by a total amount of “Active bonus” points.
-  In accordance with a number of points collected during a month, Business Partner is credited with money.

Money is credited to the special account (which differs from you main account) inside your Cabinet. You can collect Active bonuses and use them only for payment for new customers, as well as for purchase of various products of the Company. Special account, on which your Active bonuses come, can be used only personally, in is not allowed transferring money from it, but it can be added with money, if necessary.

General bonus program.

Earn bonuses immediately when you have received the customer status in the Business Partner Program.

In this program, there are provided for 4 types of bonuses:
- Single bonus for receipt of domain
- Sponsor bonus
- Bonus for movement from the 1st to the 2nd level of the matrix
- Bonus for movement from the 2nd to the 3rd level of the matrix

However, you will certainly ask, how does all of this work?

- Single bonus of 5 EUR for receipt of domain (real cost of which is 10 EUR in the “Evoler&Со S.A.” company).

All customers, who have concluded contract by Business tariff plan, receive this bonus.

- Sponsor bonus repeated bonus of 10 EUR for the customer, who was personally invited for the Business tariff plan. When this customer, having received the Business Partner status, makes a circle along the matrix and returns to you as reinvestment, you receive 10 EUR for it again.

Important note:
Anybody, who has invited customer, receives sponsor bonus. At the same time, it does not matter whether inviting person has the Business Partner status or not.

- Bonus for movement in the matrix from the first to the second level.
- Bonus for movement in the matrix from the second to the third level.

These two bonuses are paid off at closing of every specific matrix. They are equally allocated to all Business Partners in the same matrix, who are moving at division of the matrix:

- from the first to the second level
- from the second to the third level

Structural bonus program.
This program grants you the right, at fulfilled qualification, for respective status and for receipt of bonuses from sales from the whole depth of your structure.

Until all Business Partners have 1-star status and none Business Partner has higher status, all income comes to the 1-star Fund.

When any Business Partner receives 2-star status, then income comes so far to two Funds, at that 50% come in the 1-star Fund and 50 % come in the 2-star Fund.

When any Business Partner receives 3-star status, then income respectively comes to three Funds, namely, 50% come to the 1-star Fund, 30% come to the 2-star Fund, and 20 % come to the 3-star Fund.

When any Business Partner receives 4-star status, then income is distributed in the way presented in the table.

Let us study out, what is necessary to perform for receiving respective status in the structural bonus program.

- You have already managed inviting 5 or more customers in the program, to whom you have helped in receiving the Business Partner status (By inviting by 2 or more customers).
- In current month, you personally invited 1 customer to the Company for the Business tariff plan and helped him/her in receiving the Business Partner status, or you helped in doing this to one of people invited personally by you.
- Turnover of current month from your entire structural bonus program amounts to from 1000 EUR to 9999 EUR.

- If a Business Partner, who has also fulfilled 1-star qualification, already is below you, then for keeping this qualification you need that turnover of your structural bonus program, in which turnover of the lower-level Business Partner having 1-star status is not included, would be at least 200 EUR.

By doing so, 50% of turnover amount are remained to the lower-level Business Partner, who has fulfilled 1-star qualification, and other 50% are equally allocated to all upper-level Business Partners, who has fulfilled 1-star qualification. In addition, their turnovers are divided and allocated according to the same principle.

2 stars.
-You have already managed to invite 5 or more customers in the program, whom you helped in receiving the Business Partner status (By inviting by 2 or more customers).
- You need to have in your structure at least 5 Business Partners, who have fulfilled 1-star qualification.
- Turnover of current month from your entire structural bonus program amounts to from 10000 EUR to 99999 EUR.

- If a Business Partner, who has also fulfilled 2-star qualification, already is below you, then for keeping this qualification you need that turnover of your structural bonus program, in which turnover of the lower-level Business Partner having 2-star status is not included, would be at least 2000 EUR.

By doing so, 50% of turnover amount are remained to the lower-level Business Partner, who has fulfilled 2-star qualification, and other 50% are equally allocated to all upper-level Business Partners, who has fulfilled 2-star qualification. In addition, their turnovers are divided and allocated according to the same principle.

3 stars.
- You have already managed to invite 5 or more customers in the program, whom you helped in receiving the Business Partner status (By inviting by 2 or more customers).
You need to have in your structure at least 5 Business Partners, who have fulfilled 2-star qualification.
- Turnover of current month from your entire structural bonus program amounts to from 100000 EUR to 999999 EUR.

- If a Business Partner, who has also fulfilled 3-star qualification, already is below you, then for keeping this qualification you need that turnover of your structural bonus program, in which turnover of the lower-level Business Partner having 3-star status is not included, would be at least 20000 EUR.

By doing so, 50% of turnover amount are remained to the lower-level Business Partner, who has fulfilled 3-star qualification, and other 50% are equally allocated to all upper-level Business Partners, who has fulfilled 3-star qualification. In addition, their turnovers are divided and allocated according to the same principle.

4 stars.
- You have already managed to invite 5 or more customers in the program, whom you helped in receiving the Business Partner status (By inviting by 2 or more customers).
- You need to have in your structure at least 5 Business Partners, who have fulfilled 3-star qualification.
- Turnover of current month from your entire structural bonus program amounts to from 1000000 EUR and more.

-You need to have in your structure at least 5 Business Partners, who have fulfilled 3-star qualification
- If a Business Partner, who has also fulfilled 4-star qualification, already is below you, then for keeping this qualification you need that turnover of your structural bonus program, in which turnover of the lower-level Business Partner having 4-star status is not included, would be at least 200000 EUR.

By doing so, 50% of turnover amount are remained to the lower-level Business Partner, who has fulfilled 4-star qualification, and other 50% are equally allocated to all upper-level Business Partners, who has fulfilled 4-star qualification. In addition, their turnovers are divided and allocated according to the same principle.

On 15th day of every month, at 23:59, full recalculation of structures in accordance with conditions of the Structural Bonus Program is made, and respective status is assigned to every Business Partner. Your account is credited with bonuses earned by you until 30th day of every month.
